to use the BENIMBLE website and EPracel systems, services, content or information
whether based on warranty, contract, tort, delict, or any other legal theory, and
whether or not EPracel is advised of the possibility of such damages. Without limiting
the foregoing, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that in no event
shall BENIMBLE total liability for any damages (direct or otherwise) or loss regardless
of the form of action or claim, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, exceed ZAR
1000.00. To the extent permitted by law, the remedies stated for you in these terms
and conditions are exclusive and are limited to those expressly provided for in
these terms and conditions.
Products and Services
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the transportation products and services mentioned
in these web pages are subject to BENIMBLE’s Terms and Conditions of carriage. Since
these may vary depending on location of the country of origin of the shipment, please
contact the nearest BENIMBLE service center to obtain a copy of the local terms and
conditions. Not all of BENIMBLE’s products and services may be available in every

Disclosure of Information
All information provided to BENIMBLE by visitors to these web pages is considered
to be confidential and will not be disclosed by BENIMBLE to any third party except
as may be required for the provision of the services.
Nimbles AI Credits
BENIMBLE offers a virtual credit system called Nimbles, which are used to
access AI-powered features within the BENIMBLE platform, including but not limited to
product descriptions, blog content, social media posts, image editing, SEO generation,
and store page copy.
Purchasing Nimbles
Nimbles are available for purchase in the following packs, at a rate of
R1.00 per Nimble (inclusive of VAT where applicable):
• 10 Nimbles — R10.00
• 50 Nimbles — R50.00
• 100 Nimbles — R100.00
• 500 Nimbles — R500.00
Non-Refundable Policy
All Nimbles purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a Nimbles pack has
been purchased and credited to your wallet, no refunds, exchanges, or reversals will be
issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to accidental purchase,
unused credits, account closure, or subscription cancellation.
Expiry
Nimbles do not expire while your BENIMBLE subscription remains active.
In the event that your subscription is cancelled or your account is closed, any
remaining Nimbles balance will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.
Usage
Nimbles are deducted from your wallet each time an AI feature is used.
The number of Nimbles charged per action may vary depending on the feature used
and the complexity of the request. The current cost per feature is displayed within
the platform at the time of use.

AI-generated content produced using Nimbles is provided as a starting point
and must be reviewed by the merchant before publishing. BENIMBLE does not guarantee
the accuracy, appropriateness, or commercial suitability of any AI-generated output.
Nimbles used for a generation are not refunded if the merchant chooses not to use
the output.
