Which plan do I need?
NimbleVerified Reviews is an advanced extension available on the Club subscription. It is one of a suite of powerful tools included at that tier to help serious store owners grow faster and build more trust with their customers.
If you are not yet on the Club plan, upgrading unlocks NimbleVerified Reviews along with the rest of the advanced extension library.
How do I activate it?
Once you are on the Club plan, activating NimbleVerified Reviews takes less than a minute:
- Log in to your BeNimble portal.
- Navigate to the Extensions menu item.
- Find NimbleVerified Reviews in the advanced extensions list and activate it.
- Head into the extension settings to configure how reviews are managed for your store.
Manual review or auto-approve — you choose
Once activated, you get full control over how submitted reviews are handled. In the extension settings you can choose between two modes:
- Manual review — every submitted review lands in your moderation queue first. You approve or reject each one before it goes live on your store. This gives you the most control over what shoppers see.
- Auto-approve — reviews from verified buyers are published automatically without needing your sign-off. This is ideal for stores that want reviews to appear instantly and prefer a hands-off approach.
Whichever mode you choose, only buyers with a confirmed order can submit a review. The verification layer never changes — only your moderation preference does.
Where do reviews appear on your store?
NimbleVerified Reviews gives you flexible display options, all controlled through your settings:
- Product pages — reviews appear directly on individual product listings, giving shoppers the social proof they need right at the point of decision.
- Homepage store reviews — you can choose to display an aggregated store review section on your homepage, showing overall buyer sentiment to first-time visitors.
Both display options are toggled independently in your shop design settings, so you can show one, both, or neither depending on your preference.
Works on all templates — and in custom homepage designs
NimbleVerified Reviews works out of the box on every BeNimble template. As soon as you activate the extension and approve your first review, it will appear on your store automatically — no extra configuration needed for standard templates.
